Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms govern the conditions for using the online store (the “Service”) operated by Aotomori. By using this Service, customers are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Orders and Contract Formation)

An order placed by a customer shall be considered accepted once the Company sends an order confirmation email. Orders may not be accepted due to inventory availability or other circumstances.

Article 3 (Payment)

Customers may choose from the following payment methods: credit card (VISA / Mastercard / JCB / AMEX), Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Article 4 (Shipping)

Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days after confirmation. Delivery may be delayed depending on the destination, weather conditions, or other circumstances. Orders over ¥10,000 qualify for free shipping.

Article 5 (Returns and Exchanges)

Except in cases of defective products, returns or exchanges requested for customer convenience are generally not accepted. If a product is defective, please contact us within 14 days after receiving the item.

Article 6 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All content published on this Service, including images, text, and designs, is the property of the Company. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this Service, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. The court with jurisdiction over the location of the Company’s head office shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
