Return & Exchange Conditions
Returns and exchanges are accepted only if you contact us within 14 days of receiving the product, and the item remains unused.

Return & Exchange Process

Return the Product
We will provide return instructions. Please send the product back using its original packaging.
Inspection & Processing
After the returned item arrives, we will inspect its condition and process either a replacement shipment or a refund.
Shipping Fees
For defective products or incorrect shipments, the return shipping cost will be covered by us. For returns or exchanges requested for customer convenience, the return shipping fee must be paid by the customer.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after the returned product has been inspected and confirmed.
