We will accept returns and exchanges only if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, and the product is unused and unopened.

Returning the product

We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please return the product using its original packaging.

Confirmation/Processing

After receiving the product, we will check its condition and then either ship a replacement or process a refund.

About shipping charges

In the case of defective products or incorrect deliveries, we will bear the shipping costs. For returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

About refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
