Orders from customers are considered concluded when we send an order confirmation email. We may be unable to accept your order due to stock availability or other reasons.

You can choose from the following payment methods: credit card (VISA / Mastercard / JCB / AMEX), Apple Pay, Google Pay, or bank transfer. If paying by bank transfer, please complete the payment within 7 days of placing your order.

Orders are usually shipped within 3-5 business days of order confirmation. Delivery may be delayed due to delivery location, weather conditions, etc. Free shipping is available for orders over ¥10,000.

We accept returns and exchanges only if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and the product is unused and unopened. For returns due to customer reasons, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, our company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this service.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Japanese law, and the court having jurisdiction over the location of our head office shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
